Volunteer Positions available:

  • Volunteer Crew Commanders: Help volunteers check in & get assignments, Etc.
  • Thieves marketplace Comrades: Assist the Vendors, watch booths while vendors
    take break, Etc.
  • Gruel Galley Mates: Aid Food Sellers, Etc.
  • Security Horde: Monitor grounds & safety issues, Etc.
  • Deck Hands: Lend a hand in Site set-up, equipment set-up, Etc.
  • Entertainment Entourage: Provide support to the entertainers, Work the green
    room, Etc.
  • Town Criers: direct public, provide information, Etc.
  • Banner Gang: assist with placement & removal of site signs & banners, Etc.
  • Doubloon Peddlers: Man the Event Merchandise sales, Etc.
  • Grog Merchants: (Must be 21 or older) Sell Beer, Soda & Water, Etc.
  • Boarding Station Conductors: Sell Ship Cruises, Etc.
  • Sailor’s Academy Professors:  Help with the Children's Area, etc.


Volunteers may wear costumes, but it is not required.
